Visiting Waco Surf

Hours
The surf lagoon runs daily from 8am to 8pm. Shredmill, the stationary wave, runs from 12pm to 5pm. For which sessions still have space today and over the next few days, check the live Waco Surf schedule.
Parking
Parking in the back lot is free. Front VIP parking costs extra.
Book early
Waco Surf says surf sessions usually book out about 2 months in advance. Overnight guests get priority access to book sessions before they open to the public. If the session you want is already full, set a free Waco Surf alert and we'll tell you when a spot opens.
Staying at Waco Surf
The resort has suites, standard rooms, houses, cabins and RV hookups on site. Several food and drink outlets are open, with hours that change through the year.
Rules to know
- Every guest must sign a waiver before taking part.
- All surfers must be proficient swimmers.
- Surfers need a US Coast Guard life jacket or a board leash attached to their board.
- Guests 52 inches tall and under must wear a life jacket.
- Children under 12 must be supervised.
Weather
The surf lagoon runs rain or shine. If there's lightning within 10 miles, everyone leaves the water. If Waco Surf cancels your surf for any reason, you're offered a Priority Resort Credit to use on a future visit.
